In an unprecedented scathing attack, an ANC national executive member has called his colleague and health minister Barbara Hogan to resign for her ill-disciplined, anarchic conduct.
In an interview with Independent Newspapers this morning, Enoch Godongwana, said Hogan's comments attacking government's refusal to allow Dalai Lama entry into the country was pandering to the gallery.

She described Hogan's conduct as ill-disciplined.
