Cape Town - A major shift in thinking is needed to unlock financial freedom for women.
A Cape Argus Facebook Live session, with wealth manager and author Lisa Linfield, aims to bring just that.
Linfield was a practising physiotherapist before joining the banking sector, in both the United Kingdom and South Africa, and studied Theology at Oxford University, and Corporate Finance at London Business School.
Following 20 years in the corporate field, Linfield started three businesses aimed at changing the lives of people through financial freedom.
As a Board Certified Financial Planner, Linfield has set a goal to teach one million women about money through her podcast and blog, “Working Women’s Wealth”, as well as online courses, books and keynote speaking.
On who should join the online session, Linfield said: “Anyone who’s looking to get some motivation to change their health, wealth or relationships and live their best life.”
Some of the themes to be covered during the live session are: how to fix your wealth, why short term hits of happiness will never work, and understanding the rocket fuel of life.
Five lucky Cape Argus readers stand a chance of winning Linfield's book, Deep Grooves – Overcoming patterns That keep You Stuck.
Join the Facebook Live session on August 11, 2021, at 1pm, on the Cape Argus Facebook page.
